1. Lawful and authorised use
You may use the services only for lawful purposes and within your authority. You must comply with applicable laws, court and regulator directions, intellectual property rights, privacy and consumer laws, domain rules and the rights of others.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use a service to create, host, publish, sell, solicit or distribute material or activity that is illegal; sexually exploits or endangers children; promotes terrorism or extreme violence; is fraudulent, deceptive or defamatory; unlawfully infringes intellectual property or privacy; facilitates unlawful goods or services; involves non-consensual intimate material; seriously harasses or threatens another person; or otherwise creates a serious risk of harm. Age-restricted material must not be made publicly available through a service unless expressly supported, lawful and protected by all required age-access controls. Site Builder is not approved by default for pornography, gambling, regulated financial products, weapons, illicit drugs or another high-risk category without Tomedia's prior written acceptance.
3. Security and system integrity
You must not probe, scan, access or test systems without written authority; bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls; distribute malware; operate botnets; mine cryptocurrency; launch denial-of-service activity; interfere with another tenant; or use credentials, domains or data you are not authorised to control. Good-faith security concerns should be reported privately to [email protected] with enough detail for investigation. Do not access, retain or disclose more data than necessary to demonstrate the concern.
4. Messaging, traffic and resource use
You must not send spam, use purchased or harvested contact lists without lawful authority, obscure sender identity, ignore unsubscribe requests, run open relays or generate abusive automated traffic. Commercial electronic messages must have the required consent, sender identification and functional unsubscribe facility. You must remain within plan allowances and must not use excessive storage, compute, bandwidth, crawling or requests in a way that degrades shared services. We may require a plan change, traffic control or technical remediation where use materially affects others.
5. Reports, investigation and enforcement
Abuse can be reported to [email protected] with the relevant URL, domain, time and supporting detail. We may preserve evidence, investigate, contact the account owner, restrict content or features, suspend routing, comply with a lawful notice or refer a matter to a provider, regulator or law enforcement body. We will consider context, severity, urgency, repeat conduct and available mitigations. Immediate action may be taken for child sexual abuse material, credible threats, active compromise, malicious traffic or another urgent legal or safety risk. Where appropriate, we will notify the customer and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond or appeal. Restoring access may require removal, security remediation or proof of authority.
