1. Service and account scope
Site Builder lets an authorised customer create and publish websites using Tomedia templates, editing tools and shared features. Plan limits may apply to pages, collaborators, storage, traffic, forms, domains and support. Access is tied to the authorised business and team shown in the account. The customer is responsible for reviewing the complete site before publication and for keeping account, business and contact information current.
2. Customer content, permissions and brand material
You retain ownership of content and brand material you provide. You grant Tomedia and its providers the limited licence described in the general terms to operate, secure, back up and display the website. You warrant that you have permission to use all names, logos, images, copy, testimonials, reviews, product details, prices and other content. PRISM brand versions and other shared content are copied into or referenced by a release using recorded version and source details. A later source change does not silently rewrite an active release. You must publish a new release to apply an available update.
3. Discover, Blog Manager and Commerce connections
Site Builder may use approved Discover business details, reviews, offers and enquiry routing; published Blog Manager posts belonging to the same authorised team; and visible Commerce products and public actions belonging to the connected business or an approved network. These connections do not transfer ownership between products. Draft previews may change as source content changes. On publication, supported shared content is resolved into the website release so the published version can be audited and rolled back. Content that is unavailable, unpublished, unauthorised or outside the customer's plan may be omitted with a warning.
4. Releases, previews and rollback
Drafts and previews are not public commitments. Publication creates a versioned release from the validated pages, theme, settings, forms and connected content available at that time. You must check content, links, prices, forms, accessibility, privacy notices and mobile presentation before publishing. Rollback changes the active release to an available earlier release; it does not reverse external transactions, messages, form submissions, domain changes or source data changes. We may block publication that fails security, ownership, domain, content or plan checks.
5. Platform addresses, custom domains and certificates
A platform address is licensed for use with an active Site Builder service and remains owned or controlled by Tomedia. It may be changed or withdrawn for conflict, misuse, security or service changes with reasonable notice where practicable. A custom domain must be owned or controlled by the customer and pass required verification, DNS, certificate and origin checks. Connecting a domain does not transfer its registration. DNS changes and certificate activation may take time and depend on external providers. A domain becomes the canonical website address only after the required checks agree.
6. Forms, privacy, marketing and analytics
The customer decides the purpose of information collected through its website and is responsible for an appropriate privacy policy and collection notice, lawful use, retention, access and correction processes. Do not collect sensitive information through a standard form unless specifically agreed and protected for that use. Marketing messages require the necessary consent, sender identification and unsubscribe process. Optional analytics, advertising, maps, video, chat and other embeds may involve third parties and additional cookies or disclosures. The customer must configure consent where required and review the published behavior.
7. Products, prices and transactions
The customer is the seller of products or services displayed on its website unless an order clearly states otherwise. The customer is responsible for descriptions, prices, taxes, stock claims, fulfilment, refunds, warranties, licences and consumer-law compliance. Commerce blocks show only actions that the connected product service makes publicly available. A link, enquiry or quote block is not confirmation of stock or acceptance of an order. Payment and checkout terms shown at the transaction apply in addition to these terms.
8. Availability, export and cancellation
We aim to keep published sites available but do not promise uninterrupted service unless a written service level applies. Maintenance, internet conditions, attacks, customer configuration and third-party failures may affect availability. Available exports may include website content and configuration in the format supported by the service. They do not include Tomedia source code, proprietary templates, provider credentials or third-party licensed assets that cannot be transferred. You should request and verify an export before cancellation. After the retention period, drafts, releases, submissions and assets may be deleted or de-identified, subject to legal and backup retention.
9. Moderation and takedown
The Acceptable Use Policy applies to every Site Builder website. We may restrict a page, form, domain or site where reasonably necessary for illegality, abuse, security or serious harm. We will use a proportionate measure, preserve relevant records and give notice and an opportunity to respond where lawful and appropriate.
